Does the connected WiFi support 5GHz?
Currently, the device's networking WiFi only supports 2.4GHz. Dual-band WiFi that supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz is also compatible. If your home WiFi is currently set to 5GHz only, you can contact your router service provider to enable 2.4GHz.
What kind of pool can the machine clean？
The Beatbot iSkim Ultra is suitable for various shapes and pool materials, including underground and above-ground pools made of concrete, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, stainless steel, and more.
Can iSkim Ultra work with Salt water pool?
iSkim Ultra is suitable for use in saltwater pools. Beatbot takes into account the presence of salt and chlorine in the water when designing its products. We use highly corrosion-resistant materials and processes to ensure the durability of our products. Our product can be safely used in saltwater with a concentration not exceeding 5000 ppm and a chlorine content not higher than 4 ppm.
Can iSkim Ultra work with Infinity pool？
Yes, iSkim Ultra can work well with Infinity pool. Infinity pools do not allow for pool scanning and edge cleaning due to their design and high water level, which prevent the robot from detecting the edges. In such cases, the robot will use DeepSense mode for cleaning instead of performing the S-shaped cleaning pattern.
What substances does the filter basket remove?
iSkim Ultra is highly effective in removing hair, leaves, branches, flowers, grass, seeds, pollen, and other vegetation, as well as small insects or animals. It can filter debris as small as 380 micrometers (μm).
How to charge the device?
The iSkim Ultra comes equipped with a magnetic wireless charger. Using this charger, it takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge. Additionally, our device features a solar panel, allowing for convenient solar charging.
What is the charging voltage of the Robot?

Ive been using the Beatbot iSkim Ultra for about a week now, and its been a game changer for my pool. The skimmer does an excellent job of keeping the pools surface clear of leaves and debris, which is a huge relief for me since I have oak trees nearby that drop a lot of material. I love that the basket is large enough that I dont have to clean it constantly.
My only gripe is the charging time. While it typically takes about 5 hours for a full charge, Ive found that on days with overcast skies, it doesnt charge as efficiently. So, Ive had to plug it in occasionally to ensure its ready to go.
That said, the iSkim Ultra does an excellent job during the day, and I can see a big difference in the pool's clarity. Im very happy with the purchase overall and would recommend it to anyone who has a pool with a lot of debris to deal with.

Other companies will not replace a machine that you’ve had. For a while. Mine I replaced a few things that they gave me. It never worked correctly after that. But I sent it into them thinking I was just going to get it serviced. They replaced my machine no company does that anymore. There should be more companies like Beatbot. They truly do appreciate their customers that want to make them happy. But most of all they want their machines to be working correctly. I’m just amazed at this company. Nobody has morals like this anymore.
