This means that if your eligible pool cleaning robot experiences a covered issue, we will replace it with a new or refurbished unit instead of repairing it, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for your pool maintenance. Please note that the Replacement-Only Policy applies to specific geographic areas only.

This Full Replacement Protection applies to BEATBOT Aquasense series,Aquasense 2 series products and iSkim Ultra:
- That fall within the terms of BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy;
- sold directly by BEATBOT within Canada, the United States, and the European Union;
- sold through BEATBOT official website or Amazon;
- With issues of manufacturing defects, quality issues affecting performance or other unrecoverable malfunctions covered by BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy.
3. How Our Hassle-Free Replacement Works
We’ve designed a quick and easy process to get you a replacement unit with minimal effort:
- Report the Issue – Contact our after-sale support team with proof of purchase, your product serial number, and a brief description of the problem.
- Quick Evaluation – Our team will assess the issue and confirm if your product qualifies for a replacement.
- Fast Replacement Shipment – If eligible, we will send a replacement unit as soon as possible. You are required to return the faulty unit according to our return instructions.
4. What’s Not Covered?
This Full Replacement Protection does not cover replacements for issues resulting from:
- Situations out of BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy;
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., filters, brushes);
- Use of non-original accessories or components.
