To ensure a worry-free experience, we proudly offer a Replacement-Only, No Repair Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Replacement-Only Policy") for Aquasense series products fall within BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy. This means that if your eligible pool cleaning robot experiences a covered issue, we will replace it with a new or refurbished unit instead of repairing it, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for your pool maintenance. Please note that the Replacement-Only Policy applies to specific geographic areas only.

2. Eligibility for Replacement-Only Policy

This Replacement-Only Policy applies to BEATBOT Aquasense series and Aquasense 2 series products:

  • That fall within the terms of BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy;
  • sold directly by BEATBOT within Canada, the United States, and the European Union;
  • sold through BEATBOT official website or Amazon; AND
  • With issues of manufacturing defects, quality issues affecting performance or other unrecoverable malfunctions covered by BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy.

3. How Our Hassle-Free Replacement Works

We’ve designed a quick and easy process to get you a replacement unit with minimal effort:

  • Report the Issue – Contact our after-sale support team with proof of purchase, your product serial number, and a brief description of the problem.
  • Quick Evaluation – Our team will assess the issue and confirm if your product qualifies for a replacement.
  • Fast Replacement Shipment – If eligible, we will send a replacement unit as soon as possible. You are required to return the faulty unit according to our return instructions.

4. What’s Not Covered?

This Replacement-Only Policy does not cover replacements for issues resulting from:

  • Situations out of BEATBOT Limited Warranty Policy;
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., filters, brushes);
  • Use of non-original accessories or components.
