    Amazing product!

    Let me tell you, this thing has been a game changer for me this year! I retired early to look after my dad...94 yrs. old and still sharp as a tack who turned his pool over to me just 3 yrs ago. He has a rectangular inground 20×40 pool. And I can say last year it literally kicked my butt! His old robot vacuum just would not do the job. So I had to buy a handheld vacuum to dive in and constantly go behind it just to make the pool look good. This year he finally decided to get a new one and I had already been doing my research on them. I begged for a Beatbot! Wanted the Sora 70, but it was a little out of reach financially wise. So we went with the Sora 30! And when I say this thing is amazing, I mean it is! Had to give it a couple runs to figure out everything, but when she caught hold, it was on! And the fact that when it's done cleaning, it parks on the surface of the water at the edge of the pool. The debris basket is hugh, so it only has to be emptied when its done! I haven't had to do one single thing since we got Shelby, (Beatbot name, after my mother). It has been such a blessing because at 64 yrs old I'm no spring chicken myself . And pools are a lot of work...until you buy a Beatbot that is!! Love it, love it, love it!! I have found my brand and I will be sticking with it! Thanks Beatbot for making such an awesome product!

    Fantastic Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner

    After extensive research online, I decided to go with a Beatbot Sora 30 Robotic Pool Cleaner. The sale price helped clinch the purchase. We recently had our pool resurfaced and the Sora 30 did a fantastic job of capturing those little particles that were coming from the new surface. I drop it in every morning before the pump runs and in three hours it does a great job of getting the bottom, walls and waterline clean. It also does my bottom two steps and seating ledge. The basket shows what's been vacuumed and it is quite impressive. The basket is easy to clean, recharging the Sora 30 is straightforward with the port plug, and lifting and moving it is easy.

    Helped replace my old pool vacuum with a tube

    I kept feeling like my old vacuum wasn't reaching all corners of my pool, and certainly not the sides so I started shopping on Amazon for something better. I also did some back and forth with AI about pool maintenance and we landed on the Sora 30 being a good fit for my needs. Overall I think it's a good product. Some of the things I think could be a little better are the side wall cleaning. I thought that was going to be a better selling point but when I watch it do the water edge I don't feel like it's actually scrubbing much. I wonder if you could design like a roller brush attachment that had more abrasiveness and closer contact to the tile than the rubber flaps to achieve a better clean? I also wish it had more of a basket for dirt, sometimes I wonder if it's just circulating the dirt and not actually sucking it into the basket you rinse out. Also for the fine particulate you'd think it would have like a better filter or something else you'd rinse out the debris besides the basket. Also it doesn't handle round ledges/steps very well, or smaller hot tubs, leading some to be desired. What I like is that it did get rid of the vacuum hose in my pool, at least for now. I feel it will probably be good for a couple years or the duration I'm in this house.

    Love my Beatbot Sora 30

    I bought the Dolphin Liberty 300 in November 2024 for $999. I loved the idea of going cordless, and it did a good job overall. However, I had to accept that it wouldn’t clean my steps or tanning shelf. Over time, I also became frustrated with how often it got stuck on my flat drains.

    That’s when I started following Beatbot. When the Sora 30 was announced, I knew I wanted to make a change. The main reason I chose the Sora 30 was its ability to clean steps, and it does that very well.

    After a month of use, with the robot never once getting stuck on my drains, I knew I had found a keeper. I also like the filter basket. It’s larger than I really need, but it’s easier to clean than the basket on my Dolphin.

    And the best part is retrieval. I love how it perks at the top. The app tells me it's fine too.

    The lid doesn’t stay attached when removed, and Dolphin may have a slightly nicer charging system, but neither of those things is a big deal to me.

    I paid $699 for the Sora 30, and I absolutely love it. For my pool, it has been a significant upgrade over the Dolphin Liberty 300.
