Does the connected WiFi support 5GHz?
Currently, the device's networking WiFi only supports 2.4GHz. Dual-band WiFi that supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz is also compatible. If your home WiFi is currently set to 5GHz only, you can contact your router service provider to enable 2.4GHz.
What kind of pool can the machine clean?
The Beatbot iSkim Ultra is suitable for various shapes and pool materials, including underground and above-ground pools made of concrete, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, stainless steel, and more.
Can iSkim Ultra work with Salt water pool?
iSkim Ultra is suitable for use in saltwater pools. Beatbot takes into account the presence of salt and chlorine in the water when designing its products. We use highly corrosion-resistant materials and processes to ensure the durability of our products. Our product can be safely used in saltwater with a concentration not exceeding 5000 ppm and a chlorine content not higher than 4 ppm.
Can iSkim Ultra work with an infinity pool?
Yes, iSkim Ultra can work well with Infinity pool. Infinity pools do not allow for pool scanning and edge cleaning due to their design and high water level, which prevent the robot from detecting the edges. In such cases, the robot will use DeepSense mode for cleaning instead of performing the S-shaped cleaning pattern.
What substances does the filter basket remove?
iSkim Ultra is highly effective in removing hair, leaves, branches, flowers, grass, seeds, pollen, and other vegetation, as well as small insects or animals. It can filter debris as small as 380 micrometers (μm).
How to charge the device?
The iSkim Ultra comes equipped with a magnetic wireless charger. Using this charger, it takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge. Additionally, our device features a solar panel, allowing for convenient solar charging.
What is the charging voltage of the Robot?
Please rest assured that our product has a wide voltage and can adapt to 100V to 240V.
What is the filter basket capacity?
The filter basket's capacity of iSkim Ultra is 9L.
Can the app control the machine?
Yes, you can easily maneuver the machine to move the robot forward, backward, left, and right based on your preferences.

1.The clarifying agent kit is sold separately.
2.A customized mode will be added by OTA through the APP. Users will be able to tailor their cleaning by choosing the area or combination of areas they want to clean. They will also be able to choose to clean only the surface or only the waterline, and set the cleaning cycle to their preference (1 or 2 times).
3.The water flow rate is measured in GPH (gallons per hour). The stronger the water pump flow capacity, the higher the suction power, and consequently, the greater the success rate of climbing walls. Please note that 5500GPH was the highest rate tested in Beatbot's internal labs, so actual results may vary.

I picked this up a week ago and it been running in my pool through rough weather and tons of leaves coming down. The pool is clean as can be no debris floating or dropping to the bottom. Plus once the sun is out it keeps fully charged. Best pool product that I have ever bought. I have a Sora ***** to replace my broken Aiper Scuba S1 Pro since I was so impressed with the Iskim Ultra.

Ive been using the Beatbot iSkim Ultra for about a week now, and its been a game changer for my pool. The skimmer does an excellent job of keeping the pools surface clear of leaves and debris, which is a huge relief for me since I have oak trees nearby that drop a lot of material. I love that the basket is large enough that I dont have to clean it constantly.
My only gripe is the charging time. While it typically takes about 5 hours for a full charge, Ive found that on days with overcast skies, it doesnt charge as efficiently. So, Ive had to plug it in occasionally to ensure its ready to go.
That said, the iSkim Ultra does an excellent job during the day, and I can see a big difference in the pool's clarity. Im very happy with the purchase overall and would recommend it to anyone who has a pool with a lot of debris to deal with.

I bought this skimmer and the weather turned too cold to try it out but finally put this in my pool and it is AMAZING! Getting it charged and into the pool is super easy. I have no tech skills and I was able to connect this right up to the internet! It is floating and moving and cleaning and I should have bought this sooner. It’s worth the purchase believe me. I could never manually skim my pool this clear! I love it!!

Beatbot exceeded our expectations. We are in a new home to us. We have 4 oak trees on our property and never anticipated the leaf droppings this time of year. I was out two times a day removing leaves from the pool. We got BeatBot and our problem was solved. Only thing I would recommend is have the bot get to remember the shape of the pool better and as technology improves have it recognize items in front to move towards the leaves.
