    • This campaign is open to participants who have a shipping address in the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their local jurisdiction if 18 is not local age of majority; and they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Please check the campaign pages on Reddit. PrizeEach winner will be eligible to be awarded only once. During the campaign, if a participant has already won a prize in the previous round, he/she will not be eligible to win a prize in any subsequent round.No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed.PRIZES TO POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO BEATBOT ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY BEATBOT TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING ALL PRIZES WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES BEATBOT IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD.     1. Announcement and Notification of Winners
    • As for the announcement period of winners' usernames, please check the campaign pages on Reddit.The winner will also be notified by Beatbot via reply to the winner's participated comment/post and private message in Reddit. If a winner does not respond within two (2) days of the last notification, the prize for such winner will be forfeited and, in such case, an alternative winner will be selected. The winner shall provide [a valid phone number and mailing address] for receiving the prize.
    • Acceptance, Permissions and Intellectual Property Rights
    • By entering this campaign, the participant agrees, represents and undertakes that:
    • ( a ) The Reddit account used to participate the campaign belongs to the participant;
    • ( b ) The Participant Content is not in volation of any law, regulations or contracts or an infringement of third party's intellectual property rights, moral rights and privacy rights;
    • ( c ) The participant grants Beatbot the right to use the Participant Content in part or in full, including any names, likenesses, voices, images, content and performances conteained in that Participant Content, for any purpose.
    • ( d ) The participant grants Beatbot an unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive sublicensable and transferable license in any and all media to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify and create derivative works based upon the Participant Content for any purpose, including advertising and promotion, without notice, attribution or payment.
    • ( e ) The participant waives any moral rights associated with the Participant Content.
    • ( f ) The participant certifies that he/she is the original author, creator, or owner of Participant Content, and that he/she has all right necessary for posting, re-posting, or otherwise submitting it to Beatbot.
    • ( g ) The participant certifties that he/she has acquired and hereby grants Beatbot all necessary rights for to depict anyone who appears in the Participant Content, and that Beabot's use of the Participant Content in accordance with this license will not violate or infringe upon anyone else's rights.PrivacyBy participating, participants agree and acknowledge that personal data that they provide when entering the campaign may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Beatbot and its affiliates for the purpose of conducting and administering this campaign.
