Beatbot AquaSense 2 Robotic Pool Cleaner + iSkim Ultra Robotic Pool Skimmer

The pool: A 45,000+ gallon pool in southern Nevada, free form in ground plaster, diving board depth.

Prior cleaners: "Creepy Crawler" via dedicated pool vac line, a Maytronics Dolphin, the Beatbot Aquasense 2.

The Beatbot Aquasense 2 blew away any prior cleaner for my pool. The basket collector is much easier to empty and clean than cleaning pool equipment filters or the Dolphins cartridge filters. The battery operation avoids having to pull cords or hoses out of the pool every time we want to swim. It cleans so well that a single pass of the Beatbot leaves visible clean lines in the bottom of the pool, similar to when you vacuum your carpets. It doesn't stay that way though because the Beatbot will cover the entirety of the pool floor on a single cleaning cycle leaving no areas untouched. (something my other cleaners failed to accomplish).

My pool is quite large, and the Beatbot seems to be able to do two floor cleaning cycles without needing to recharge, or one multizone cycle before recharging. Charging is not that big of a deal as you just pull it out and place it on the base for a few hours.

I did reach out to Beatbot after my purchase to inquire of a finer mesh collection basket because where I live my pool tends to accumulate really fine dust/silt. The baskets and filters that most cleaners ship with are not sufficient to address this fine dust/silt. I had purchased the media filter cartridges for the Dolphin to address this fine dust/silt, and they worked…

This unit was the best purchase for our pool! It makes the water so clean and it’s always clean!!! It’s easy to use, connects quickly and charges fast. The customer service is great, we had to read out and they were very nice and solved the problem. Out of so many chooses in pool cleaners, I am very happy we chose Beatbot.

This was my first weekend using the Aquasense 2 which I was a little worried about bc we have a bean shaped pool and most wireless cleaners can’t handle those curves. The Beatbot made it look EASY.

The multi zone pretty much picked up 90% of everything and I just have a lot of stuff around the yard that fell in later in the afternoon so I ran a quick floor mode to finish the rest.

I HATE that most wireless cleaners just can’t tackle a bean shaped pool. This was a dream and worth the money. I love skimming. Idk. It’s cathartic. Do I wish I didn’t have to? Of course. That’s the problem with everyone AROUND ME having the trees.

Was the pool too cold to go in? Yes Was it clean? You bet it was.

In all honestly, the Beatbot aquasense 2 blows my Aiper seagull out of the water. Mainly because I have a bean-shaped pool and no wireless cleaner has been able to consistently take care of the entire pool due to its shape quite like the aquasense.

We tried legitimately 4-5 different brands prior to being satisfied by the Beatbot - including dolphin which was all I knew growing up but was far too expensive. I feel like BB give you everything and more for a great value.

This pool robot is worth the price if you value your time. It takes about 90 min to 2 hours to do my smallish kidney shaped pool. This robot does it without issue and has plenty of battery to keep going. To do it manually takes me about 30 min but this gives me 30 min back every time I use it. It is very fun and mesmerizing to watch.

Now, when my wife sees me sipping a cool beverage on my favourite lounger by the pool, I can say, "Hey, I'm cleaning the pool! What are you doing?" and I get that look. Worth every penny.
