How to Measure Your Pool Correctly

Accurate measurements help ensure the most accurate water volume calculation and prevent input errors.

1. Length / Width

Measure the longest inside length and the widest inside width of the water area.

2. Round Pool

Measure the full diameter across the pool, because diameter is the most practical input for round pools.

3. Oval Pool

Measure the long axis and short axis.

4. Kidney Pool

Measure overall length plus Width A and Width B at the two widest points.

5. Water Depth

Measure from the waterline down to the pool floor, not from the top edge of the pool wall.
