Beatbot Drop Shipping Partner Policy

The policy govern the Beatbot Drop Shipping Program (“Program”) between Beatbot and the approved business partner (“Partner”). Partner accepts the Policy by replying “I agree” to Beatbot’s welcome email email or by placing its first order.

1. Program

Partner buys Beatbot products ("Products") at wholesale prices and resells them in its own name to customers in the United States and Canada ("End Customers"). Beatbot may accept or reject any order in its sole discretion. Beatbot ships orders directly to End Customers on Partner's behalf. Partner is an independent reseller, not Beatbot's agent, and pays no fee to participate.

2. Pricing Requirements

  • The selling price of Beatbot products listed by partners must not be lower than the corresponding price on the official Beatbot website.
  • Partners must promptly update their prices when official website prices change.
  • Any pricing exceptions must be approved by Beatbot in writing.

3. PPC and Paid Search Policy

  • Brand bidding: Bidding on Beatbot brand keywords, including misspellings and variations, is prohibited.
  • Product bidding: Bidding on any Beatbot product names or related product keywords is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, all products under the AquaSense and Sora series, as well as any other Beatbot-branded products.
  • Permitted keywords: Partners may bid on brand-related terms combined with “coupon,” “voucher,” or similar promotional terms, as well as product names combined with “coupon,” “voucher,” or similar promotional terms.
  • Landing pages: PPC ads must not link directly to the official Beatbot website. Ads must direct users to the partner’s own website or an approved landing page.
  • Display URLs and ad copy must not mislead users into believing that the partner’s website or advertisement is an official Beatbot channel.
  • Partners must add prohibited brand and product keywords as negative keywords in their paid search campaigns to prevent unauthorized bidding.
  • Partners must comply with applicable advertising platform policies and Beatbot’s promotional restrictions.

4. Product Listings and Information

  • Product names, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotional claims must be accurate and consistent with official Beatbot information.
  • Partners must not make unauthorized changes to product information or advertise unauthorized discounts.
  • Beatbot trademarks, logos, and marketing materials must not be used in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

5. Compliance and Enforcement

  • Partners must comply with the Policy.
  • Beatbot may request corrective action, suspend listings, or terminate the partnership if violations occur, subject to the applicable agreement.
  • Partners are responsible for ensuring that their advertising campaigns and product listings comply with this policy.

6.Termination

Either party may end Partner's participation on 15 days' notice. Beatbot may suspend or terminate Partner's participation immediately if Partner breaches these Terms. Within 5 days after termination, Partner will remove all Product listings and stop using Beatbot trademarks.

Beatbot U.S. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

1. Policy. Beatbot has unilaterally adopted this Minimum Advertised Price Policy ("Policy") for advertisements of Beatbot products directed to customers in the United States. The minimum advertised price ("MAP") of each product is listed at  Collective --- Price lists.

2. Advertised Price Only. Resellers remain free to set their own selling prices. This Policy covers only prices advertised to the public in any medium, including any discount, coupon or bundle that results in an advertised price below MAP. It does not cover the price shown in the shopping cart or at checkout, or a price given to a customer on request.

3. Promotions. Beatbot may announce temporary MAP reductions, which apply to all resellers equally.

4. Enforcement. Beatbot monitors advertised prices independently. If Beatbot determines that a reseller has advertised below MAP, Beatbot may, in its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or stop supplying that reseller.

5. No Agreement. This Policy is not an agreement. Beatbot does not seek or accept any reseller's agreement or assurance to comply with it, and no Beatbot employee may negotiate or waive it. Beatbot does not discuss any reseller's pricing with other resellers. Questions may be sent to affiliate@beatbot.com.

6. Changes. Beatbot may change or withdraw this Policy, or any MAP, at any time.
